CDL named in 2026 Sunday Times Best Places to Work 

Stockport-based insurtech, CDL, are delighted to announce that they have been named one of the 2026 Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

Compiled by The Times and Sunday Times in partnership with employee experience specialists WorkL For Business, the list is one of the UK’s largest studies of workplace engagement. It celebrates organisations that inspire, support, and empower their people, recognising excellence in culture, wellbeing, diversity, and leadership.

What makes this milestone incredibly meaningful is that it is directly based on what their people have said, reflecting an independent view of the day-to-day experience of working at CDL. To make the list, companies must achieve a 70% overall engagement score, and CDL comfortably exceeded this across the six key themes explored:
