Stockport Council and regeneration partners, Muse, have appointed the Manchester-based Property Management team at CBRE to manage 3 Stockport Exchange, the latest office building to complete at the town centre development.
CBRE will also manage a new 398-space multi-storey tenant car park. 3 Stockport Exchange is the latest building at the town centre’s £145 million flagship Stockport Exchange scheme being brought forward by Stockport Council and regeneration specialist developers, Muse Developments.
3 Stockport Exchange is a 64,000 sq ft Grade A office building which is due for completion in December this year. The five storey building will deliver high quality office space ranging from 8,331 sq ft to 11,248 sq ft and is BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated. The top floor of 11,000 sq ft is the first pre-let to be agreed with Hurst Accountants. The building also features a communal roof terrace for tenants to enjoy.
The new 398-space tenant MSCP, which opened to tenants on 16 October is located on Railway Road and offers 20 accessible spaces, 24 EV charging spaces, as well as 40 bicycle spaces. It also features a green living wall and solar photovoltaics.
