Stockport arts and health charity, Arc, are launching new careboxes to help businesses in the borough support wellbeing in the workplace this Christmas.
Staff turnover due to mental ill health costs the UK economy a staggering £43.1 billion, and this Christmas, Arc is calling on Stockport businesses to change this and do more help support workforce wellbeing.
Arc’s innovative care boxes have developed by the charity’s participants who have first-hand experience with burnout, anxiety, and depression as well as the organisation’s more than 20 years experience using creativity to support good mental wellbeing. Boxes include a unique blend of creative activities designed to:
- Relax: unwind and recharge
- Strengthen: develop resilience through coping mechanisms
