Ahead of National Apprenticeships Week 2021 on 8-14th February, Stockport Apprenticeships Store is seeking insight from local employers.
The Apprenticeships Store is looking to hear from local employers about how they can best support businesses in Stockport to make the most of apprenticeships.
The team are also looking to hear from any businesses hosting apprenticeship events to recruit new apprentices into their workforce, or would like help in showcasing and celebrating the work and achievements of existing trainees to inspire the next generation.
Established by Stockport Council in 2014, the Stockport Apprenticeships Store was the first of its kind in the UK, offering an independent hub for young people and employers to enquire about apprenticeships through a drop-in service and regular events. As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the hub has been forced to shift most of its services online.
