Stockport Museums are launching a competition to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2015 and would like to know what the people of Stockport love about our wonderful town.
To enter, simply head to the reception at Stockport Museum and Staircase House in the Market Place or to the new Café at Hat Works run by Age UK before Saturday 14th February. Write down your answer on one of the love heart notes provided, submit it to our friendly staff – and then keep your fingers crossed!
The winning answer will receive a fabulous prize:
- Lunch for two at Hat Works Museum’s new café which is run by Age UK Stockport.
- 2 x Annual Passes to Stockport Museum, this gives the holder unlimited access to Stockport’s fabulous museums for 12 months. The holder also enjoys 10% off in Stockport museum gift shops (excludes selected lines).
The winner will be selected on Valentine’s Day and notified soon thereafter.

We are delighted that a new café has opened at Hat Works as we believe this will enhance the museum offer. We also wish AGE UK Stockport success with their new social enterprise which aims to support people to love later life.”
