Stockport based Hallidays’ business growth events have delivered increased profits and new impetus for an electronics repair centre.
Delivered by Hallidays managing director Nigel Bennett, Business AM, BAM, is a 10 step tailored programme giving employers and senior management the tools and the knowledge to grow their business.
Since completing the programme, Maggi & Maggi, reviewed each area of their business. Developing a competitive strategy has resulted in an increase in the average customer spend and made the company more profitable. Re-branding has led to improved communication and a clearer understanding of the company’s core services. The introduction of new business systems and investment in the personal development of the team has created a happier and more productive working environment.
Joe Pritchard, director of Maggi & Maggi who attended the programme said: “The Business AM programme acts as a catalyst for change. Bringing together a wide range of businesses promotes new ideas and experiences to be shared. The action we have taken as a result of attending has enabled us to transform our business and achieve our goals.”
Hallidays next 10 step Business Growth programme takes place at their Kings Reach offices in Stockport and runs on alternate months from September 2016 through to June 2018.
