Fashion boutique Weave Womenswear is celebrating its second year of trading. Since opening in 2015, the business has enjoyed consistent growth; launching an online presence, collaborating with local brands and running a series of late-night shopping events from its premises on Shaw Road in Heaton Moor.
Offering a selection of carefully curated casualwear, contemporary going-out wear and a range of eclectic accessories, the boutique was launched by Caroline Fletcher, who left her nine-to-five job at a digital agency to pursue her dream of owning a boutique.
‘‘Our mission has always been to provide a personalised and relaxed shopping environment for busy women on the go,’’ said Caroline. ‘‘The support has been incredible from day one and I’m thrilled that we’re continuing to grow both in size and offering. We’re always adding to our collections, seeking out the best, most exciting brands on the market now.
Being part of the Shaw Road family has also been fantastic – the bars, eateries and other boutiques, along with the monthly Heaton Moor market, means it’s a great place for people to come and visit.’’
To mark the occasion, Weave Womenswear recently invited friends and customers to join them for an evening of celebrations including fizz and canapés and discount shopping as well as hearing from Taylor Blake Shoes who joined the event to launch their ‘Botany’ range of ballet flats.
