Stockport charity, Supportability, have been announced as the chosen charity for this week’s Big Fat Virtual Quiz, a weekly online pub quiz.
The online pub quiz is run by The Big Fat Quiz Company, which has been streaming the virtual event live on their Facebook page during social distancing restrictions. The event in aid of Supportability is the first to take place on Friday nights, on Friday 15th May 2020 at 8pm.
Participants can organise their teams on their chosen video conferencing platform, and follow the pub quiz stream live on Facebook.
Throughout the quiz, participants have the opportunity to make donations to us, helping us to raise valuable funds. Being selected as a charity partner for the virtual pub quiz is a welcome opportunity for Supportability, as the charity has been forced to cancel much of its scheduled fundraising activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Big Fat Virtual Quiz is free to enter, but players will have the opportunity to make a donation to Supportability during the stream.
