Staff from Stockport’s Vernon Building Society visited local charity Jump Space to find out more about how the Society’s Jubilee Fund award of £511 benefitted them.
Jump Space is a specialist recreation centre providing trampolining, rebound therapy and active/sensory play to disabled and non-disabled people of all ages. They used their award from the Vernon’s Jubilee Fund to purchase equipment for their sensory room.
Marie Fisher, CEO of Jump Space, said
“It was lovely to welcome Vernon staff to Jump Space, not only to give them a flavour of what we do and who we help, but to thank them personally for the support we’ve received from the Jubilee Fund. Small charities like ours rely heavily on donations, and this money will help us continue our work with disabled young people in the Stockport area.”
