Vehicle Consulting Acquires Competitor

National car leasing company Vehicle Consulting UK Ltd has acquired the business of Yorkshire-based competitor, New Car Deals.

Operations have been merged with Vehicle Consulting’s head office team of 23, based at Acorn Business Park, Stockport.

Commenting on the acquisition, Vehicle Consulting’s Managing Director, Lee Wolstenholme, said:

This represents a significant step forward in the realisation of our business’ expansion plans.  The board, which includes key investor Andrew Brode, is eyeing growth through acquisition, investment and the recruitment of experienced people into its team.

Vehicle Consulting was established in 1995 and provides private individuals, businesses and organisations across the UK with car and van leasing, personal contract hire (PCH) and fleet management solutions.
