Trafford & Stockport College Group has joined forces with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce to bring together local businesses to discuss the future of skills.
The upcoming ‘Shape The Future Of Skills’ event focus on technical education reforms and engage businesses to support further T Level industry placements for technical education.
The primary objective of the T-Level event is to foster collaboration and engagement among employers & stakeholders, with the aim of promoting awareness and understanding of technical qualification reforms, specifically focusing on T-Level expansion at The Trafford & Stockport College Group.
Employers will learn how to actively participate in shaping T-Level curriculum and industry placements, ensuring that the education provided aligns with the evolving needs of the workforce.
The event will provide a platform for employers to understand the specific skills and competencies T-Level students bring to the workplace. Networking opportunities between employers and TSCG will also be facilitated to establish partnerships for hosting T-Level students in industry placements.
‘Shape The Future Of Skills’ will take place at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce on Deansgate, Manchester City Centre on Thursday 7th March from 9.30am to 12pm. The morning’s agenda and speakers will include:
