
Specialist lender, Together, has been shortlisted for inclusion in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 – the league table ranking Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales.
The company, founded in 1974, has a current loan book of £1.7 billion, with total new lending for the year ended 31 March 2016 at £971 million.
Currently, Together employs 460 staff at its Cheadle headquarters, with employment having increased by 22% in the last year alone.

The Sunday Times Top Track 250 league table ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales. It is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each October, with an awards event in November, and alumni dinners during the year.
Together has invested heavily in its IT platform and distribution channels, and extended its product offering which includes bridging finance, auction finance, residential and commercial mortgages and secured loans. In addition, Together recently recruited a number of high-profile executives to create a strong and dynamic leadership team to help fulfil its ambitious growth plans.
Together is a trading style of Jerrold Holdings, as the group was previously known, and of each of the following companies within the group: Auction Finance Ltd, Blemain Finance Ltd, Bridging Finance Ltd, Cheshire Mortgage Corporation Ltd and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation Ltd, all of which have their registered office address at Lake View, Lakeside, Cheadle, Cheshire.
