Together pledge support to Seashell in the Great Manchester Run

Cheadle Royal based specialist lender Together have dedicated funds raised from the Great Manchester Run to local charity, Seashell.

92 Together colleagues are taking on the challenge from their internal Let’s Get Giving’ group and running the 10k and half-marathon race this Sunday, 26^th May.

Each runner has an individual target of £50, match funded by Together. And if all runners take part with a target of £50, they are guaranteed to raise £4,600. However, the team have set themselves a joint target to raise £5,000 for Seashell and have already passed that with contributions from 177 supporters.

Based in Stockport, Seashell runs a specialist school, college and residential accommodation for young people with the most complex disabilities in the UK from their campus in Cheadle Hulme, and in 2024 the organisation is celebrating its 200th anniversary.
