Together named Specialist Lender of the Year

Together has been named ‘Specialist lender of the year’ by the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

This recognition from the prestigious association, which comprises over 1600 commercial finance brokers across the UK, crowns an outstanding year for Together, following record financial results, and a current loan book topping £2.37 billion.

The lender revolutionised its process for commercial bridging applications earlier this year, making it easier and quicker than ever for brokers to submit cases online, and is reaping the rewards of the changes, with short-term finance for the year to 30 June 2017 at a total of £677.5 million.

Together has also created new products, including its refurbishment bridging loan and holiday let product, as it continues to deliver innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs.

The latest industry award from the NACFB comes hot on the heels of the Your Mortgage Award for Best Bridging Lender, voted for by customers across the country, as Together affirms its place as a market leader.
