Three Sixty Living, part of the Stockport Homes Group, have been named local winner for Stockport in the British Property Lettings Awards.
The team was commended for performance during the extensive judging period for the award, which focuses on customer service levels. Judges mystery shop every estate agent which enters the awards against a set of 25 different judging criteria.
The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. As the awards do not charge an entry fee, they have a high level of participation, with an average of 90% of eligible estate and lettings agents being judged.
As a result of their strong local performance, Three Sixty Living have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards, expected to be announced in the coming days.
