The Offerton Puss has certainly polished his Boots as the popular Puss in Boots in Offerton reveals a shiny new look.
Undoubtedly one of Stockport’s busiest pubs, the Puss in Boots on Nangreave Road, Offerton, has had a little facelift. The Almond family worked alongside Robinsons Brewery to inject some sparkle back in to the well-loved pub.
The majority of the work carried out was cosmetic, by brightening up and adding a more contemporary and stylish feel to the décor, although there was additional work at the front of the pub in what was the ‘Al Fresco’. The area has been transformed from an external, covered dining space, to a light and airy yet cosy conservatory, more suited to all seasons.

Vicki Almond, Company Director, said:
“The pub wasn’t desperate for the work, it’s always been a lovely pub. It is certainly the flagship pub in our group of five, our customers can’t get enough of the place so it’s important we keep reinvesting to maintain this. We’re so excited that the work is now complete, especially the conservatory at the front. By fully converting the ‘al fresco’ area we’ve created so much more room and brought the outside in – just in time for summer too!”
