Businesses in Stockport have until the end of August to share their views on local transport infrastructure by responding to Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TfGM) Business Travel Survey.
The annual survey ensures businesses can communicate with TfGM how they feel about public transport and active travel options in Stockport and across Greater Manchester. It also allows them to share ideas about how TfGM can do more to help support more sustainable travel options for employees, customers, and other business operations.
TfGM will use feedback from the Business Travel survey to design advice, resources, services, and improve how it communicates with businesses as well as enabling the monitoring of businesses attitudes and priorities over time as its offer evolves.
Responses from last year’s survey helped to inform the approach for a night time transport pilot in parts of Greater Manchester that will ensure those working in the night-time economy have safe and affordable transport options available at the ends of shifts.
The survey is open to all businesses, regardless of size or industry, operating in Greater Manchester and should be answered by someone who can speak on behalf of their business and workforce.
The TfGM Business Travel Survey is available to complete online here until the end of August.
