Tee off for Francis House at Stockport Golf Club

Teams of four are being invited to compete in the Francis House Annual Golf Day 7th September.

This will be the charity’s 25th annual tournament and will be held at the prestigious Stockport Golf Club where, for the eleventh year, the main sponsors will be Heavyweight Air Express Limited.

The successful format of previous years will be maintained and individuals will compete in the six hole medal for the Jim Shortall Memorial Trophy in the morning prior to the main event. Suitable Tee times will be allocated once numbers are confirmed. A team Stableford will follow in the afternoon for a maximum of 25 teams. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided from 9am with lunch of soup and sandwiches. Evening dinner, including wine will be followed by the prize giving ceremony and the charity raffle/auction.

Teams are being asked to also sponsor a hole for £100. Company logo or banners will be placed on the tee for all competitors to see.

Any individuals or companies wishing to pledge prizes for the Raffle/Auction would be much appreciated. We will also be offering teams the opportunity to purchase team polo shirts that will include the Francis House Children’s Hospice and company logo.
