Stockport-based market research firm, DJS Research, is celebrating a raft of promotions, totalling more than a dozen since the start of the year.
This latest wave of promotions across DJS’ research and operations teams, takes the total into double-figures for the year so far, with 14 upward moves since January, which include the creation of seven senior positions (at Senior Research Manager level and above). These promotions recognise the skill, expertise and leadership qualities of the individuals as well as demonstrating the employee-owned agency’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people.
The latest moves include the ascent to Associate Research Director for experienced researchers Amy Greenwood and Vicky Mullis and the creation of Data Team Leader roles for Jason Fairhust and Jo Miller. Further promotions include recognition for researchers Holly Collins and Alexandre Tatry-Gautier who move up to Senior Research Managers.
Managing Director Al Gleed shared his thoughts on these positive developments and what they mean for DJS Research:
“We’re proud to be recognising the talents of so many individuals, all of whom make an invaluable contribution to DJS Research. These well-deserved promotions are testament to a lot of hard work and reflect the commitment to professional development our Partners have continued to demonstrate since joining us.
“Recruitment drives headcount, and helps long-term growth, but as an employee-owned organisation we believe internal investment in our people must come first and can deliver even greater, and more positive, benefits – at both an individual and business-wide level.
“Well done to all our Partners who have taken another big step forward on the DJS Research career ladder and thanks for your continued efforts – they have not gone unnoticed.”
