
Viaduct Housing have welcomed the first customers into their Little Moor development in Stockport where they celebrated the official opening of their Edwin Street development on 1st February.
Eighteen homes have been built in partnership with Wiggett Construction to provide new properties available for affordable rent. Six properties are three bedroomed and 12 are two bedroomed houses.

The company is proud to be delivering these new homes and the first customers moved into their new home as the development officially opened.
Councillor Sheila Bailey, cabinet member for communities & housing at Stockport Council said,
“Viaduct Housing Partnership is proud to be building quality homes for affordable rent in Stockport. It is a fantastic development at Edwin Street, providing a mix of properties for families across the borough.”

Chair of the Viaduct Housing Partnership board Ken Lee said,

Viaduct Housing Partnership is a development partnership between Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and Stockport Homes Group, founded in 2017.
Stockport Homes is a multi-award winning Arm’s Length Management Organisation that manages over 11,500 properties on behalf of Stockport Council.
