Stockport startups invited to join fully funded support programme

Manchester Digital are calling out for digital and tech startups in Stockport to access the fully funded support available through their Startup Activator.

In October the organisation will kick off a six month programme providing a series of webinars and on-demand content, mentoring, expert masterclasses, a community of other founders, and introductions to further support across the region.

Ahead of the scheme’s launch, businesses are invited to join their Stockport Roadshow on 12th September to take part in a workshop on the Key Foundations for Growth, delivered by their Start Up Coach, where there will be an opportunity to learn more about the cohort programme. The Roadshow is open to anyone with an idea or interested in starting a tech business, through those with an existing business considering a tech spin-out, to those with an existing startup looking for guidance and a support community. 

Taking place at Stockport Homes Group’s Venue @ Cornerstone in the town centre on 12th September from 10am to 1am, the morning’s proceedings will include:

• A workshop on the Key Foundations for Growth, delivered by our Start Up Coach.
• An interactive breakout session, giving you time to reflect and use the workshop content to build or refine an immediate action and priorities plan, and the opportunity to review / bounce ideas with other founders.
• A taster of what’s to come in our Initiate programme, plus the opportunity to ask questions and sign up with one of the team
