Stockport’s Gorvins Solicitors has announced the promotion of three female lawyers, Claire Beaumont, Nicola Fraser and Danielle Ayres, to senior positions in the firm.
Claire Beaumont has been promoted to co-head of Commercial Property, alongside the Stockport solicitors’ Managing Partner Martin Hoare. She will be responsible for positioning the team to take advantage of Stockport and the wider North West’s commercial property boom. Claire joined the firm in 2015, working with property developers, landlords and funders.
Gorvins have promoted Nicola Fraser to partner and head of family and matrimonial law. She has over thirty years’ experience in the field and since heading the department has seen it increase its headcount.
Danielle Ayres has also been made partner in the employment team at the Stockport solicitors, and has twelve years’ experience in the field, mostly with the firm, where she has become a specialist in pregnancy and maternity-related issues. Danielle works closely with a number of specialist partners and organisations, including Pregnant Then Screwed, supporting working parents to challenge unfair treatment as a result of pregnancy and maternity or paternity leave.
Martin Hoare, managing partner at Gorvins, said:
We have a tremendous amount of talent at Gorvins, and these promotions of long standing Gorvins people recognise the fantastic work they do for our clients. As major assets to their respective teams and the wider business, they are the right people to help to take the business forward for the continuing future success of our company.”
