STOCKPORT LAW FIRM’S PARTNERS RECOGNISED IN LEGAL 500

Stockport law firm SAS Daniels LLP has recorded its best ever rankings in a prestigious national legal guide.

The Legal 500 is a list of the most recommended law firms and individuals, with entrance on the list awarded on merit alone. A widely used and respected directory, The Legal 500 is the go to guide for those who need assistance to choose the right law firm. The list is compiled from work delivered between January and December 2012, along with extensive research from The Legal 500 team and feedback from clients.

The list recommended five of the Stockport office’s partners. It praised the corporate and commercial team’s Jeremy Orrell as well as the employment team’s John Cook and Jonathan Whittaker and the clarity with which they describe complicated legal matters. The pragmatic approach of the family team’s Shelly Chesworth was recognised as well as the real estate team’s Tom Cressey.

         For its firm-wide work, SAS Daniels has been
         recommended at tier two for its work in the corporate and
         commercial sectors.

The firm has achieved tier three for its work in employment and family law and personal tax, trusts and probate law as well as real estate law. The firm was recommended for the first time in education, personal injury and local government.
