Stockport Jobs Match shares guide on apprenticeships to mark National Apprenticeship Week 2022

Stockport Jobs Match has launched a new guide to explain the benefits and apprenticeships available locally ahead of National Apprenticeship Week 2022.

The annual event, which this year runs from 7th to 13th February, highlights the career opportunities available to people of all ages should they embark on an apprenticeship placement.

Stockport Jobs Match’s guide to National Apprenticeship Week 2022 showcases over 100 vacancies currently available with employers in the local area as well as the live and online events taking place and signposting for further career support services.

What’s happening during National Apprenticeships Week 2022?

There are a host of events taking place over the course of the week from multiple different organisations in the region including:

• GMCA is hosting a series of events in their ‘Meet Your Future’ campaign ranging from employer interviews to apprenticeship myth busting. Register here
• National Apprenticeship Week are also presenting a range of different talks over the course of the week. Register here   
• First Intuition’s National Apprenticeship Week 2022 events take place between Monday 7th February – Sunday 13th February. These virtual sessions will celebrate apprenticeships and share information about their benefits. Register here
• National Apprenticeship Week brings together the entire apprenticeship community to celebrate everything that is amazing about apprenticeships. Register here
• As part of Digital Skills Festival and National Apprenticeship Week, Digital Apprenticeship Day will look at the different digital pathways. Register here
