Energy Services Team Leader, Natalie Makin (pictured), has been shortlisted in the Top 20 24housing ‘Young Leaders’ competition for her innovative approach to managing the Energy Advice Service at Stockport Homes.
Stockport Homes’ Energy Advice Service carries out bespoke energy related visits to customers’ homes including helping customers with debt related issues and heating upgrades, helping customers to make great savings and for her commitment to her team and the organisational aims and values.
In order to make 24housing’s ‘Young Leaders’ shortlist, Natalie has already made significant achievements at Stockport Homes, working with both internal and external contacts to drive efficiency. Shortlisted leaders will also have bright new ideas that could change the way the housing sector operates in the future.
Jenny Osbourne, Chair of the Board at Stockport Homes, said:
We are delighted to see Natalie Makin as a ‘young leader’, it is fantastic to see a young team member recognised for all of their great work in their role, especially in a service that offers real value to customers”
