Stockport Homes’ Heads of Service went back to school for the last day of the Easter term. Its Leadership Team spent the day volunteering at Adswood Primary School, helping pupils make improvements to the outside spaces at the school.
They swapped their laptops for overalls and gardening gloves to plant fruit trees and develop a sensory garden for the pupils.
Stockport Homes’ Head of Investment, Jon Blackwell, said,
“Stockport Homes’ mission is to transform lives, which means working with local people to make our neighbourhoods vibrant and pleasant places to live. Part of that is about nurturing the next generation.”
