
Stockport Homes Group have been named as finalists in two categories in the 2020 TPAS Awards, which recognise excellence in tenant engagement in the housing sector.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in The Principal Hotel Manchester on 27th March.
Stockport Homes has been shortlisted for two TPAS awards in 2020.
- Excellence in Community Action, for work with the OWLS Group: a volunteer led peer support group, offering support to people experiencing domestic violence. The commitment of its volunteers is outstanding and this project is going from strength to strength, supporting over 200 women since its inception.
- Excellence in Tenant Communication for the fire safety campaign delivered to residents, demonstrating to residents how important fire safety is to Stockport Homes, and to ensure support for residents
The Motiv8 Project has also been nominated for an Excellence in Employment, Skills & Training 2020 TPAS award, of which Stockport Homes is a partner.
The TPAS awards celebrate and reward the people, ideas and organisations that shape the engagement work of tomorrow.
