
Stockport headquartered environmental consultancy, APEM Group has announced its seventh acquisition since 2021: Australian ecology consultancy, Biosis.
The deal significantly expands APEM’s presence in Australia, adding 150 new colleagues across nine offices in the states of Victoria and New South Wales, as well as aligning with the environmental consultancy’s international expansion strategy in the Asia-Pacific region.

APEM’s acquisition of Biosis is the firm’s seventh acquisition since the Stockport environmental consultants gained private equity backing from investors, WestBridge.
