Stockport drivers in Oulton Park Bank Holiday weekend

August saw two local Stockport drivers competing at the huge “Convoy in the Park” event at Donington Park, with about 20,000 spectators.

The CNC Heads championship saw Ric Wood compete in his recently built Nissan R32 Skyline, finishing first in his class, and Graham Saul in his first time out, new build, Sierra Cosworth finishing third in class

This Bank Holiday weekend sees both drivers and cars competing at the prestigious Oulton Park Gold Cup. This is the second largest event held each year at the Cheshire circuit, after the British Touring Cars.
