Stockport creatives combine to instill confidence

After partnering on projects for the past three years, two Stockport based businesses have merged to form one creative, digital agency.

Established for the past 10 years, Stockport creatives Inness Design and Fernandes Creative have come together to form Instilled.

The new business brings together Sue Fernandes, an expert WordPress developer, and Inness Mattinson, an experienced digital and branding designer. The pair have worked closely since originally meeting through Marketing Stockport and have since collaborated on a number of rebranding and website projects.

“Our core services are a perfect mix” said Inness.

“My skills are in creating brands and marketing materials that help validate and engage target audiences. Combine that with Sue’s WordPress development skills and we can provide our clients with WordPress websites that are robust, future proof and, importantly, easy to use.

“As a business we believe in giving back control and ownership of websites to business owners by providing them with the tools they need to easily manage their websites and engage with their customers.

“The ‘Instilled’ name came simply from the fact that our primary service is to instill confidence in our clients’ brands and help validate their marketing and sales messages.

“Potential customers will only start any sort of meaningful engagement if they have confidence in the brand – be that through a website, print materials or on social media.”

Since launching in June, Instilled has won a number of new business pitches, both locally and nationally, although their main focus is growing their client base across the North West.

Sue Fernandes explains how she sees the development of Instilled:

“The North West is home to a huge number of diverse businesses both in size and sector. It is an area attracting a lot of inward investment and one that gives us enormous potential to work with more clients across the region.

“It’s important that we create websites that not only look great but that use the latest WordPress Gutenberg editing capabilities. This allows us to create websites that are both visually stunning and easy for our clients to maintain and develop further in the future.”
