Stockport County shooting for business in 2016/17

Stockport County may be in the warm up stages of this season’s fixtures but they are hotting up for some exciting clashes ahead and some great opportunities for businesses to get involved.

The ‘Hatters’, a football club for all the family, has been led since January 2016 by former player James ‘Jim’ Gannon and is looking forward to welcoming fantastic opposition at Edgeley Park.

Along with on-park entertainment, the club has some great opportunities for local businesses to support the club with corporate sponsorship and support packages.

Stockport County has played an important part in the town’s sporting heritage for 133 years. The original team, Heaton Norris Rovers, changed to Stockport County to reflect the town gaining County Borough status.
