Stockport Council will be showcasing the range of job and career opportunities it has to offer to local residents at its annual Jobs Fair.
The event, taking place on 17th September from 11am to 4pm at Stockport Town Hall, is the perfect opportunity to come and meet representatives from Stockport Council and their partners, to discover what opportunities are available and gain valuable insights into the world of local government, and to network with employment professionals.
Representatives from the Council will be available from areas including Adult and Children Social Care, Administration, Events, Museums, Digital Services, Highways and Transport. There will also be on offer support with CV writing, job search, interview preparation and much more.
Cllr Colin MacAlister, Cabinet Member for economy and regeneration said:
