STOCKPORT COUNCIL OPENING TIMES OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Stockport Council will be closing for part of the Christmas holiday period and have issued opening times over Christmas and New Year for the Council and the Contact Centre which are as follows:

• Tuesday 24^th December 2013 – 8.30am to 12noon
• Wednesday 25^th to Friday 27^th December 2013 – closed
• Monday 30^th December 2013 – 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Tuesday 31^st December 2013 – 8.30am to 3.30pm
• Wednesday 1^st January 2014 – closed

The Contact Centre opening hours for the Christmas Period are as follows:

• Tuesday 24th December 2013 – 8.00am to 12noon
• Wednesday 25th December to Sunday 29th December 2013 – closed
• Monday 30th December 2013 – 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Tuesday 31st December 2013 – 8:30am to 3.30pm
• Wednesday 1st January 2014 – closed

The Council’s libraries will be open on Saturday 28^th December from 9.00am to 4.00pm. Residents can check the website for the opening hours of your local library over the festive period at www.stockport.gov.uk/libraries

The closures will not affect essential Council services. These will continue to operate over the festive period.
