Stockport Council and Life Leisure have been continuing to work closely so that Council-owned leisure centres can re-open safely and securely. Both organisations are pleased to announce that:
From Monday 24 August centres will re-open at Grand Central in Stockport town centre, and at Brinnington.
From Wednesday 26 August the Hazel Grove centre will re-open, along with dry facilities only at the Avondale leisure centre.
From Friday 28 August, the council-owned leisure centres in Cheadle and Romiley will reopen.
The Council and Life Leisure are continuing to work on the re-opening of other leisure centres in Stockport and further details will be announced in due course.
Details of the opening hours of all sites can be found on the Life Leisure website, as well as details of new measures to ensure that centre users and staff can use facilities safely.
