Bellyflop TV’s client, Stockport based Mastercall Halthcare, has won an award at the NHS Alliance’s Innovation in Action Awards 2014, announced at their Breaking Boundaries and Beyond Action Summit on Thursday 4 December.
The awards showcase excellent innovation in action, effecting real change in local communities, or sharing them further than their own locality.
Mastercall Healthcare were winners of the Person centred care award after the company introduced the Daisy accreditation – a dignity in care training programme, tailored to their staff, which enables the organisation to train their staff to achieve dignity in care for each and every patient. The award recognises providers who have gone above and beyond to deliver person centred care across its whole organisation and recognises the need for applying ‘social model of health’ at scale
