Stockport Chartered Accoutants and Business Advisors have reported improved client satisfaction scores in their Q3 client survey.
Feedback covering November through to end of January have revealed a ‘happiness’ score of 97%. This is reflected in the number of referalls that their clients make for Hallidays. Quality of service has scored 92% and 87% of their work is completed to deadline.
Hallidays Senior Partner Nigel Bennett believes that their clients are the best judge of the service they provide:
“We work hard to deliver the best possible service to our clients; we set goals and ensure that these are measured and continually reviewed. I am pleased with the scores attained but we will continue to work hard to improve in the next Quarter.
“In addition to our financial services, we host regular Business Builder Forums that are designed to cover other aspects of running a business – for example marketing & pricing strategies. These help our clients to plan and grow & develop their businesses”.
