Stockport College is to host their Annual Charity Dinner on 16th May 2013 in the Gallery Restaurant at the college on Wellington Road, Stockport.
The college is proud to support local charities, and adopts a policy of identifying a single beneficiary charity on an annual basis, with whom a strong relationship can be developed over the course of the year.
This year the beneficiary has continued to be Independent Options Stockport. The Gallery Restaurant is designed to provide a realistic working environment for Catering & Hospitality students and a formal dining and banqueting experience for members of the public.
Located in the heart of the Wellington South Road Campus, the restaurant has an excellent reputation locally, strengthened by successful students. The Gallery is a licensed establishment and has a full range of alcoholic and soft drinks and an extensive wine list.
Independent Options work with people of all ages who have learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. They offer a range of different services to support people at home, in the community and to have short breaks in the UK and abroad.
To become involved with the fundraising, individual tickets can be purchased, which includes a three course meal and wine, at a cost of £40 each.
To apply for tickets or to donate a raffle prize please email: Cezara.Pallister@Stockport.ac.uk or telephone Cez at the college – 0161296 5792
Support from the people of Stockport will help Independent Options Stockport continue their good work in providing support and advice to those in need within our community.
Businesses are invited to donate a hamper or any other suitable raffle prize.
As with previous years, any sponsors logos would be included in pre event publicity along with any event collateral and subsequent PR.
