
Stockport-based catering supplies business, Stephensons has partnered with an eCommerce consultancy to enhance its offering to customers.
The fifth-generation family-run firm has appointed Manchester-based PushON to help modernise its sales approach and expand its digital and eCommerce presence.
Historically reliant on catalogue sales, Stephensons is pivoting towards a more modern eCommerce offering to better serve its customers, which includes bars, restaurants, catering venues, and hospitality businesses. This focus will involve a comprehensive roadmap of improvements, including technology integration enhancements, enhanced marketing insights and a refined customer experience, all driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional service to its customers.
