Stockport businesses invited to leadership and management workshops

Stockport Council is inviting local business leaders to a series of three leadership and management workshops, designed strengthen the growth potential of small businesses across the borough.

The workshops will be led by Wayne Jones OBE, founder of Improbus Consultancy Ltd, a noted business consultant and mentor with over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, and extensive experience in Corporate Senior Management. Wayne was Chair of Stockport Economic Alliance from 2011 – 2015 and President of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the largest Chamber in the UK, from 2017-2019.

This series of workshops is aimed at leaders of small and micro businesses, from any sector, in Stockport. Each session is free to attend and will consider a different topic in management, designed to help you grow and succeed in your business. Workshops will cover subjects including effecting leadership, nurturing business growth and adapting to change.

Sessions are from 6pm – 8pm with a light buffet available from 6pm.
