Businesses in Stockport are being invited to join the Greater Manchester High Growth Network programme that aims to support business leaders in the city-region to grow their firm.
Available to businesses in Greater Manchester this June, the fully-funded programme will pair business leaders with an enterprise specialist to identify key opportunities for growth and put steps into action to best take advantage of them.
Using the latest academic research and enterprise knowledge the scheme will provide business leaders with the skills to:
- identify opportunities to enter new markets, unlock new revenue streams or grow in existing markets.
- clarify and focus messaging by ‘defining the problem you solve’ to engage and connect with existing and new customers.
- understand which business model provides the best opportunity in exploiting ideas, explore ‘routes to market’ and understand effective operational processes.
- develop actionable next steps in commercialising an offer.
The programme is fully funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with the primary contractor being GC Growth Company. To be eligible for support from the Greater Manchester High Growth Network programme, businesses must have fewer than 250 employees, be based in Greater Manchester, and be seeking to develop a new product or service, or access new markets.
