Stockport businesses have until 30th September to ensure their views about transport across Greater Manchester are heard.
Transport for Greater Manchester’s (TfGM) Business Travel Survey has been extended until the end of September to ensure as many businesses as possible from across the city-region can have their say.
Responses to the survey really do make a difference; answers to last year’s survey helped to inform the 24-hour bus pilot, which launched on 1st September 2024 in parts of Greater Manchester, and is helping ensure workers in the night-time economy have cheaper and safer ways to get home after shifts.
The annual survey ensures businesses can communicate with TfGM how they feel about public transport and active travel options in Stockport and across Greater Manchester. It also allows them to share ideas about how TfGM can do more to help support more sustainable travel options for employees, customers, and other business operations.
TfGM will use feedback from its Business Travel survey to design advice, resources, services, and improve how it communicates with businesses as well as enabling the monitoring of businesses attitudes and priorities over time as its offer evolves.
The survey is open to all businesses, regardless of size or industry, operating in Greater Manchester and should be answered by someone who can speak on behalf of their business and workforce.
The TfGM Business Travel Survey is available to complete online here until 30th September 2024.
