Businesses in Stockport and from across the UK are being encouraged to attend an online summit, organised by BFI, to discuss managing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
There is still a pressing need for employers to revisit and reanalyse their Diversity and Inclusion strategies in order to quickly adapt to the new challenges facing the workplace. Looking strategically at the post-COVID challenges, this online summit will address pay gap, remote working, and practical inclusion strategies; afternoon workshops will drill down into specific topics around women, race, neurodiversity, disability, LGBTQ+, and social mobility.
Attendees will hear key sessions from major employers and topic experts including BBC, AIG, NHS, Cambridge University Press, Allen & Overy, Aesop, Spencer West LLP, Jefferies, Howlett Brown, Changez Life, LM Consulting, Genius Within and Information Advice & Support Services Network.
Featuring a varied line-up of speakers, real life case studies, streamed workshops, live Q&A and practical advice from Diversity and Inclusion thought-leaders, the one-day online summit is bound to open conversations and drive future change.
The online summit takes place on Wednesday 29th September from 9.15am, and will be hosted via Zoom.
The cost to attend is £250 + VAT per delegate. A full schedule of the day’s events and details of how to attend can be found on the BFI website.
