Over 400 people attended the one day show at Edgeley Park Football Stadium.
The organisers of the Stockport Business Expo have confirmed that this year’s show was a huge success, by surpassing its 200 delegate target. The Stockport Business Expo, on the 22nd of November, at Edgeley Park Football Stadium provided an opportunity for businesses to meet new suppliers, clients and partners. The show is owned and managed by local conference and events company, innov8 Conference Services, who were confident that a large Stockport Business to Business event would be a hit.
“The event was a huge success, the show was so busy we had to shut the doors on one of the seminars (Andy Preston’s Stand Out Selling) as the room was completely full,” explains James Caldwell the show manager. “The feedback surveys from both delegates and exhibitors have been incredibly positive, with everyone asking for information on next year’s show already.”
The Stockport Business Expo rewarded attendees who met at least 30 exhibitors on the day, with opportunities to win a range of prizes. The show organisers confirmed the top prize was a 2 metre by 2 metre Exhibition stand at the 2013 Stockport Business Expo which was won by Orit Adiri Niemogha from H & D Diamonds.
Marketing Stockport also had a draw to win 3 months free silver membership. The lucky winner was Greens – gluten free beers based in Hazel Grove.
Steven Cleaver from Business Doctors Stockport an exhibitor at the show, said: “Great event. Well organised, very professional and lots of visitors and local businesses. Already looking forward to next year”
The Stockport Business Expo included over 50 different exhibiting companies promoting a wide range of services to local businesses. The show has confirmed that it will return to Edgeley Park Stadium on the 21st November 2013.
