High street bank, NatWest, is partnering with EnterprisingYou and Greater Manchester’s Business Growth Hub, to host drop-in business support sessions in Stockport to assist local entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Sessions are open to all local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs and will take place on last Tuesday of every month (there will be no session in December) at NatWest’s Stockport branch at 10 Great Underbank. Attendees will benefit from expert advice and signposting to help businesses thrive in today’s competitive market.
Participants don’t have to be NatWest customers and there’s no need to book in advance, simply drop in on the designated day.
Craig Wood (pictured, left), Local Director North Manchester and Lancashire, Retail Banking, NatWest, said:
“Small businesses are at the heart of Greater Manchester’s economy, and we recognise the important role they play in communities across the region.
“We also know that by working with GM Business Growth Hub across our branch network, we are better placed to support new businesses to scale and grow.”
Yvonne Sampson (pictured, right), Head of Enterprise at GM Business Growth Hub, added:
“Working with NatWest to deliver expert business support in branch just makes sense. GM Business Growth Hub has been supporting the community of Stockport for over a decade, offering a range of advice and support to individuals and businesses, and this partnership is a great next step.
“Our commitment to local businesses is at the heart of everything we do. And we’re excited to be bringing our support right to those that need it.”
EnterprisingYou is GM Business Growth Hub’s tailored support for those ready to start a business or established self-employed individuals, freelancers and gig economy workers in Greater Manchester.
