Stockport at-home care business celebrates 10th anniversary

Award winning Stockport at-home care company Home Instead Senior Care is celebrating 10 years in business.

David and Joanna Moore, owners of the award winning Stockport at-home care company, have led the business to considerable success and popularity, creating a strong reputation for caring for older people across Stockport and Tameside.

Celebrations took part at the Brookdale Club in Stockport, supported by local organisations including, Signpost, Millercare, Age UK Stockport, Gorvins, Disability Stockport and Sunrise, who each had an information stand at the event.

The event was attended by Home Instead caregivers and staff along with over 50 of their clients, and residents from the local area. The guests were thoroughly spoiled with a generous array of food, cakes and music from the Loose Change Buskers.

David said, “I’d like to thank all the guests for attending and of course, our fantastic caregivers and staff, who continue to provide phenomenal support to all of our clients. It was one of my proudest moments seeing everyone celebrate what we have achieved over the last ten years.”

Home Instead now employs over 100 members of staff, a dedicated and passionate team committed to providing quality care to enable older people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. The company’s services are tailored to the individual needs of each client and range from companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and personal care.
