Stockport based Stanley Security Solutions have linked up with Bredbury neighbour Hughes Safety Showers to upgrade their computerised clocking terminal eliminating a paper based system immediately improving business efficiencies.
Hughes Safety Showers have over ninety employees and were looking for a way to reduce administration time in preparing the weekly payroll.
Jason Unsworth, General Manger at Stanley Security Solutions commented:
“Around seven years ago, we moved Hughes Safety Showers from an old mechanical clocking machine to a Stanley Computerised system that connects to their PC’s, transferring all time worked for automatic calculation. The latest upgrade now links directly to their existing payroll software and also incorporates the ‘Bradford Factor’ – a measure for absence monitoring – which is available in just a few clicks.
“The Human Resources Manager now uses the system for employee holidays eliminating a paper based system vastly reducing administration time”.

Tony Hughes, Managing Director of Hughes Safety Showers, is delighted with the impact the upgraded system is having to improve efficiencies and pleased to be reinforcing connections to another Stockport based business:
“Although my company have been trading with Stanley Security Solutions for a number of years, it was only at a recent Marketing Stockport meeting that I realised they were neighbours of ours here in Bredbury.
“Hughes has been in Stockport for over 60 years and, where we can, we like to work with local suppliers; Stanley Security has provided an ideal system for our needs.
