A business networking group has pulled in the crowds yet againat a summer barbeque organised by The Social, an invitation-only networking group for those in the property & construction sectors, to raise money for a local charity
The event was attended by over 130 people, including representatives from sponsors Innov8 Development Solutions, Clarke Nicklin Chartered Accountants, Spacezero, Davis Blank Furniss and Bell Munro Consulting.
It was held at Manchester’s Great John Street hotel and went on throughout the afternoon and well into the evening with guests taking full advantage of the hotels stunning roof top terrace, delicious food and some glorious British sunshine.
In total around £850 was made for charity partner Forever Manchester through ticket sales and a raffle.

Forever Manchester raises and distributes money to support local people, groups and grass-root charities throughout Greater Manchester.

“Without funding the groups and projects we support would simply cease to exist. The generous donations we receive mean we can support local communities, so we really appreciate it.”

The events are becoming increasingly popular with sector professionals with 130 people also attending the Christmas fundraiser and around 70 people attending each bi-monthly event.
