Stockport based the Seashell Trust is looking for local businesses to raise funds by representing them in this year’s Bupa Greater Manchester Run 10k run.
The 10km run takes place on Sunday 26th May around Manchester City Centre and is excellent for raising the Trust’s profile as it is broadcast live and gives them the opportunity to raise a considerable amount too. People can either register for their own place or take one of the Seashell Trust’s allocated place runners are asked to raise £120 or more as costs are associated with their own places.
Last year the Trust also had a team in the children’s Mini Run, which is always great fun and will be held on the Saturday, 25th May. Celebrities usually put in an appearance and offer support – all very exciting for the youngsters. So children who are budding runners might consider running for too. Seashell Trust don’t actually take places at the Mini Run but are very happy to register anyone interested.
All the details are here. And of course there will be t-shirts and goodies for anyone that does it for us plus we’d support them all with PR.
