Stockport charity, Seashell Trust, are inviting its supporters to a preview event as it prepares to open its new £23 million Moulding Foundation Building.
The Moulding Foundation Building is to be the new home for the Royal School Manchester, operated by the charity to provide specialist education for young people with complex disabilities and communication challenges. The building takes its name from the Moulding Foundation, established by the family behind local beauty e-commerce giant, The Hut Group, which have supported the project, alongside funds raised from the sale of part of the charity’s campus for housing development.
With the building set to open in the coming weeks, local friends of Seashell Trust including Marketing Stockport members are being invited to attend a mini-tour of the new state-of-the-art facility. Guest will also hear from charity CEO, Brandon Leigh, who will give a short presentation about Seashell’s work.
The event will also be a chance for the charity to receive valuable feedback on their first event held at the new Moulding Foundation Building.
The preview event will take place on Thursday 30th March from 7-9pm at Seashell Trust, Moulding Foundation Building, Stanley Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 6RQ. Parking is available on site and refreshments will be provided throughout the evening.
To attend, please RSVP to fundraising@seashelltrust.org.uk or call 0161 610 0100.
