Stockport charity, Seashell, has launched its Challenge Events Calendar, and is inviting local businesses to support its fundraising efforts as it marks its 200th year in 2023.
Seashell is looking forward to an exciting year! The new Moulding Foundation Building is preparing to open its doors and the charity cannot wait to welcome in our students and their families. The building will be home to Royal School Manchester and offers state of the art shared facilities for the whole campus.
The excitement doesn’t stop there! Whilst their team are busily gearing up to make the move as smooth as possible for the children and young adults, Seashell are also pressing ahead with plans for the next stage in the transformation of the campus – a new home for Royal College Manchester and further shared facilities.
All these fabulous improvements to the facilities at Seashell are brilliant to see. But it is Seashell’s fundraising Challenge Events that help raise money to allow the children and young adults at Seashell to access off-site activities and experience family support services, as well as enabling Seashell to buy equipment that supports their independence.
Businesses and individuals who are committed to ensuring that Seashell can support the charity in many ways in 2023, including taking part in one, two or all of the challenge events.
